The county clerk recommended approval of a tavern liquor-license renewal for Trail Ridge Marina LLC (doing business as Trail Ridge Marina) and presented a special-event permit for the Fraser Valley Elementary Parent Advisory Committee's fundraiser scheduled for May 23, 2026.
Jolene Linky, the county clerk and recorder, said all fees had been paid and the sheriff's letter reflected no adverse actions; she recommended approval and the board voted to approve the renewal. The clerk also confirmed the special-event permit for the elementary-school fundraiser and asked for board signature; the board approved the liquor license for the event as presented.
No remonstrances were reported and staff noted typical conditions and fees had been satisfied.
