Grand County to launch "Grand County Alerts" and may proclaim April 2 as Alerts Day

Kimber requested the board consider a proclamation recognizing National Emergency Communications Month and designating an April 2 "Grand County Alerts Day" to promote registration; commissioners expressed support in principle.
Staff will return with a proclamation draft and begin the public outreach campaign ahead of the launch date.
