Grand County Housing Authority gets board approval for $20 monthly rent rise at Miller's Inn units

"This request is for, an rent increase of $20 per unit per month, for the units... at the balcony house as well as the HOA fees for the ownership properties at Millers and Condominiums," Darland said, explaining the increase would help the properties remain financially sustainable after a large tax increase. Commissioners moved to approve the request and it passed by voice vote.
