Caruso liaison: permits issued, mobilization underway for Warrenton site

Council members and residents pressed Schmincher on truck routing, dust control and start times for heavy work; the liaison said crews are reviewing alternate entry/exit routing to reduce repeated use of a single approach and will relay concerns to the contractor. The liaison estimated some construction access improvements would be addressed in "weeks," and staff noted any work touching state right-of-way requires coordination with MoDOT.
