Langley council adopts consent agenda; vouchers and payroll approved

The motion to adopt the consent agenda was made by Councilmember Dominique Emerson and seconded by Councilmember Chris Carlson; the council voted 4-0 in favor.
The consent agenda also included approval of commission meeting minutes posted since the previous council meeting, council meeting minutes from Jan. 20, 2026, a memorandum of understanding with Langley Main Street, and notice of an interfund loan from the Water Reserve Fund to the Langley Improvement Fund. No discussion was recorded prior to the unanimous vote.
