The Langley City Council adopted a consent agenda on Jan. 5, 2026 that included approval of payroll and accounts payable vouchers and two contracts. Payroll vouchers #45372–#45376 totaled $68,000.59; A/P vouchers #45369–#45371 and #45377–#45388 totaled $49,273.56 for December, and A/P vouchers #45399–#45405 totaled $6,476.12 for January. Council moved to adopt the consent agenda (motion by Councilmember Thomas Gill; second by Councilmember Dominique Emerson) and the motion passed unanimously.
The consent agenda also included approval of commission meeting minutes and council meeting minutes, the T‑Mobile contract, and an IT Modernization Agreement with Vision/Tripleview. No council discussion was recorded on these items prior to the vote, per the minutes.
