Residents raise questions about beach grant expiry, park maintenance and hydrant work

Resident Dennis Frank (Cascade neighborhood) described an informal walking path across wetlands that is closed and urged maintenance of the Grove Park slide hill and removal of overgrowth (Russian olive trees) near a housing area to prevent fire hazards and to keep the park safe for Vineyard Days. Council asked staff to coordinate maintenance and monitoring as needed.
