The committee also moved to authorize backfilling the Deputy County Treasurer position once it becomes vacant; the motion to authorize the backfill was moved by Mr. Wang, seconded by Mrs. Clary and adopted. The minutes indicate these are Board appointment processes and that final appointment authority rests with the full Board.
