Dell told the board that "the district will carry over $370,000," and earlier May numbers showed about $297,000 remaining at the end of May. The minutes show "No attendance from the public and no questions asked" during the budget hearing.
Board members who moved and seconded the procedural steps were recorded in the minutes: Pam Adams moved to open the hearing and Pam Adams again took part in motions to approve the budget; Charla Loomis is recorded as second on the opening motion. The record lists motions as passing 3-0. The board did not record additional amendments or conditions to the adopted budget. The board next meets Aug. 11, 2026.
