The Lockeford Community Services District board voted to approve KSN's scope of services to correct a misdescribed easement for the force main along North Tully Road. District staff reported the recorded easement does not reflect the true alignment and that the easement description is incomplete and missing language. The minutes state potholing by Bess Testlab will be done on a time-and-expense basis and the authorized scope shall not be exceeded.
Nina Chandler moved to approve the KSN scope of services and Gary Gordon seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The board's approval authorizes work to obtain an accurate legal description and to complete field verification work necessary to align the recorded easement to the actual force-main location.
