Planning staff presented the Homeland Estates final plat and the amended decision letter requiring a 10-foot easement along the bottom of Lot 8 to allow room for a future turn lane near County Line Road. The board reviewed map details, confirmed access and easement placement and discussed the notation for a 60-foot private road easement.
A commissioner identified a conflict and recused themself from the vote. With the recusal noted, the board moved, seconded and approved the final plat by roll call. Staff noted that no special pen was required for signatures and that paperwork would be signed and circulated.
