Public works staff presented memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with nearby municipalities for road and bridge services, including paving projects in Manheim and Lewisville and occasional assistance to smaller towns. Staff confirmed legal review had been completed for the MOUs and explained the scope of services and signature process.
The board moved, seconded and approved each MOU by roll call. Commissioners asked staff to ensure city signatures are updated where name changes occurred before final execution. "So they're everything we've discussed. It's the paving project in Manheim and then that paving project in Lewisville," a staff member summarized before the roll calls.
