Acting Chairman Kisiel presides; ZPA approves minutes

In Chairman Michael Bowcock’s absence, the Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission voted to appoint Joseph Kisiel to serve as acting chairman for the Jan. 14, 2026 meeting (motion by Commissioner Brian Curry; second by Commissioner Richard Flanagan). The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and seven commissioners were present with two members absent.
The commission then considered the minutes from the Dec. 10, 2025 meeting. Commissioner Brian Curry moved and Commissioner Phil Dindia seconded a motion to approve the minutes; the motion passed unanimously on a voice vote. The board proceeded to new business following procedural approvals.
