The Lyon County Commission on Sept. 25 approved an annual CivicPlus Website & SSL Management contract for $9,235.64 to be paid from the CARES Act Fund (044-00-7280). The approval was moved and seconded and recorded as a 2-0 vote (Bartel/Duft).
Vici Smith, Lyon County Public Relations Manager, presented the contract to commissioners and clarified the funding source during the meeting; county staff noted the line item is not drawn from general taxpayer revenue. The county will proceed with the vendor renewal under the terms discussed at the meeting.
