Clerk Treasurer Tami Justice told council she is working on the annual report and that new playground equipment is scheduled for delivery the day after the meeting. She said she will order a plaque for 'Dennis' on the Veterans Wall once council approves the wording. Justice also reported continued work on a PSE grant application for electric vehicle chargers; staff expect a site visit by the grant agent and will present ideas to council after that visit.
Justice noted Theron Perry is nearly finished building the first council table and that subsequent tables will be quicker to produce once the first is complete. Adam Lyons and Jim Gibson were noted as absent from the meeting.
