Board approves $115,250 rollover for Havelock Health Clinic pharmacy expansion

Zach Chenoweth told the board the Havelock Pharmacy expansion moved from design into on-site work in June 2026 and staff estimate an August 31 completion date. "This project is on budget and on schedule," Chenoweth said, and the board was asked to approve a budget amendment to carry $115,250 of unspent FY26 funds into the current fiscal year to complete the project.
No substantive questions were raised about the schedule or cost after Chenoweth's report, and commissioners approved the budget amendment on roll call. Staff said contractors had been issued purchase orders and procurement of materials was underway, with only minor demolition and infrastructure relocation completed to date.
