"This is just the announcement of the hearing date and time," staff said, noting the item was discussed briefly at the prior meeting but the hearing time had not been set then.
The hearing date was announced for public notice; staff and the board did not take further action at the meeting and asked interested parties to consult the township website for the agenda and materials ahead of the hearing.
