Summary

At the start of the meeting the council moved to adopt the agenda; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote with all members responding "aye."
The council then reviewed minutes from the July 20 meeting (and committee minutes from the finance committee on June 15 and the strategic planning committee meeting of July 9). A correction was noted regarding Christy West's attendance; with that correction the minutes were approved.
