Council approves community bulletin board with Chamber MOU; one councilor objects

The roll call recorded Debbie Lockhart AYE, Charlie Shutt AYE, John Gray AYE, Joe Cornell AYE, Josephine Prophet AYE and Will Butler NAYE; the motion carried.
