Councilmember Charlie Shutt moved to table consideration of amending Harrison City Code 7-2-14F, a proposal that would shift sewer pump-out expense responsibility to property owners, saying the council should wait until a full membership can weigh in. "Charlie Shutt mentioned that until we have a full council that this item should be tabled," the transcript records. The motion passed with unanimous AYE votes.
Council also tabled discussion of including all professional fees in the building permit after a motion by Charlie Shutt and a second by Debbie Lockhart; that tabling motion was also unanimous. On the FY 2023 audit, Mayor Wanda Irish said she had only a draft copy; Charlie Shutt moved to table final approval "until the city receives the rate study from IDRWA." The council voted unanimously to delay final audit approval until that study is provided.
