Council Member Charlie Shutt moved to approve the Idaho Rural Water Rate Study and Council Member Will Butler seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous roll call vote. The study and the scheduled hearing were advanced as the next formal step; no rate ordinance was adopted at the Oct. 14 meeting.
