The commission reviewed a 0.28‑acre minor subdivision replating Lot 5 to create two parcels intended for Habitat for Humanity. Staff said the replat will vacate and supersede existing PUD easements on that parcel, and engineering said the applicant will need a variance related to the PUDs. Allison Turner of Greenwood Design told the commission the request is primarily to clean up easement issues and that the existing house on the front lot is intended to remain.
Engineering said there should be no drainage issues around the small lot and that driveways will connect to Pafford Place. The applicant indicated the shed will be relocated to accommodate the replat, and staff said the project will return with finalized documents for the voting meeting.
