Loleta board accepts minutes and period-closed report, holds several monthly financials for review
Summary
At the Jan. 15 meeting the Loleta board approved the minutes from Dec. 18, 2025 and accepted the Period Closed Report for 11/5/2025–12/3/2025; Directors moved to hold the financial statements for June–November 2025 for additional review. Motion to accept A and B and hold C–H was approved unanimously.
The Loleta Community Services District Board accepted the minutes of the Dec. 18, 2025 meeting and accepted the Period Closed Report covering Nov. 5, 2025 to Dec. 3, 2025. Director David Struve moved to approve Consent Calendar items A and B and place items C through H (financial reports for June through November 2025) on hold pending further review; Director John Sarico seconded. The board voted unanimously to approve the motion.
The minutes identify the consent items by page references in the packet (minutes pg. 3–4; Period Closed Report pg. 5; financials listed pg. 19–62) and do not record substantive discussion. The held items are scheduled for review at a future meeting.
