The clerk read the required motion language and a member moved and another seconded the motion; the clerk then conducted a roll-call vote with each present council member recorded as voting "Aye." The motion passed unanimously.
The council scheduled the closed-session meeting in the Lawson Conference Room for 03:25, as announced during the meeting.
