Members approved a special exception permit for Marijo Schwartz to build a home three feet from a south lot line; a shed permit for Troy Anderson (54 feet to the centerline of Brahmstadt Road) was approved; and two land divisions filed by Albert Simpson — on behalf of the Prohaska Family Property Trust and Jerel Polacek — to create single lots in the Town of Elk were approved.
The committee also approved minutes from May 21 and June 9, 2026, and approved Land Use/UW-Extension committee vouchers for May 2026 in the amount of $1,160.88. Next meeting dates were set for July 23, 2026 and August 20, 2026.
