Several written letters of opposition were read into the record from residents in Merrill, Greenfield, Butternut, West Bend, Beecher (Ill.), Cottage Grove, Marshfield and from the Town of Lake Board. Oral opposition was recorded from David Cella, John C. Weinberger, Hollis Koci and Joseph Hall; Frydrych spoke in favor. Motion by Michelle Drobnik, second Doug Erickson to approve the amended permit carried.
