Council approves rezone to RM-25 for 1.67-acre site at 58 W 7500 S and 7444 S State St

Council Member Heidi Robinson moved to approve Ordinance No. 2025‑O‑04 to rezone the parcels to RM‑25 consistent with staff findings; the motion was seconded by Council Member Denece Mikolash and passed unanimously with five Ayes.
The ordinance rezones parcels 22-30-301-012, 21-25-427-047, 21-25-427-009 and 21-25-427-036 covering approximately 1.67 acres. The development agreement discussed at the meeting includes mitigation measures and design elements that the council referenced during their approval.
