Board members asked whether shelter-in-place arrangements and water or supply staging were addressed; Day said some buildings have internal storage (science building) and that parts of the continuity work are intentionally general because incident specifics will require tailored responses. "This is really just something supplemental to the safety plan that we already reviewed in February," Day said, describing the document as 7–8 pages appended to the comprehensive plan.
