Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) for auditor interviews and returned to open session at 11:58 a.m. The committee recorded a roll-call approval to return to open session (5–0). After deliberation, the committee approved the Kerber Rose appointment and will send the resolution to the County Board of Supervisors for final consideration. No dollar amounts beyond the stated fee caps were disclosed at the meeting.
