Chair Denis Benson asked Ms. Yrsha to submit a written list of her concerns so the board can address them. Ken Hall warned the board that it had missed a statutory 14-day cure deadline related to Open Meeting Law compliance. After discussion the Selectboard voted to extend the deadline to May 26, 2026; Denis Benson moved the extension, Jim Linville seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
