The chair volunteered to draft the initial report and circulate it to members: "I'm happy to take the 1st pass at a draft to aim to share around by mid‑September with this group." Staff offered to compile supporting data such as trainings and other statistics for a subsequent, larger report. The committee discussed asking the County Board for additional time if needed, and agreed the goal is a draft for internal review by mid‑September and public adoption in November, coordinated with the HRC schedule.
