Meadow Street demolition scheduled; Billtown Wheelers granted prior-year permissions

Town Manager Ryan told the Selectboard that the Meadow Street demolition project is tentatively scheduled between Wednesday, Jan. 14 and Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026, and that final landscaping work could extend into spring depending on snow conditions. Certified and regular letters were sent to abutting property owners to notify them of timing and potential delays.
Gordon Pirie, representing the Billtown Wheelers, asked for the same access and permissions the club had in the prior year. After discussion noting no negative feedback had been received about last year's use, the Selectboard approved the request (motion by Scott McCarthy; seconded by Clayton Woodworth).
