Town submits Municipal Planning Grant requisition; CVRPC invoices task-based work

Eli Toohey explained that CVRPC receives notifications about requisitions, the check is issued directly to the Town, and CVRPC invoices the town for task-based work under the contract. The commission confirmed the requisition and signed the Oct. 8 minutes before moving on to other business.
