CVRPC advised adding a detailed analysis to the Town Plan appendix and developing focused outreach questions for a public meeting planned for March or April (avoid Town Meeting Day). Lory is scheduled to bring capital-planning checklists to the commission in February; CVRPC said the Future Land Use Map should be available by the April outreach meeting and housing targets by August so they can be incorporated into the draft plan.
