The Town of Weston Liquor Control Board approved renewal of the Hub’s 1st- and 3rd-class liquor licenses and its outside-consumption permit at its April 28, 2026 meeting, but set the approval conditionally on correcting the company’s assumed-name listing with the state.
Kim Seymour told the board the application showed the assumed name for Weston Community Hub LLC as inactive and expired and asked staff to follow up. "The name should just be Hub at Weston," Seymour said, and asked Marissa to check the state record before the license is finalized. Board member Brian Gehlich moved to approve the 1st-, 3rd-class and outside liquor license once the correct name is on the license; Katie Fitzpatrick seconded and the motion carried.
The board recorded that the business is otherwise in good standing with the state. No detailed vote tally by member was recorded in the minutes; the motion was recorded as carried. The conditional approval leaves final ministerial confirmation of the licensing paperwork to town staff.
