BAC to compile comments, individuals encouraged to use county portal before Aug. 23
Summary
Committee members were asked to email map edits and suggested language to Mike for a consolidated committee comment; individuals were also urged to file comments on the county portal (public deadline Aug. 23). The committee discussed a committee submission target of Sept. 17.
The Bicycle Advisory Committee agreed to consolidate edits and comments on the draft multimodal transportation plan and to submit a committee letter. Mike asked members to email suggested map markups and policy language within the next two to three weeks so he could assemble the committee's response.
Members also encouraged individual submissions to the county public portal. Committee members noted the public comment deadline listed on the portal is Aug. 23, while the county's committee feedback deadline (as relayed by Kristen Calkins in internal emails) was discussed as Sept. 17; Mike said he would verify deadlines and notify members by email.
