Chair Karen Odon said the recommendation would be entered into the county’s Microsoft form with tight character limits, and that naming subject‑matter experts strengthens the submission. Commissioner Laura Kim suggested partnering with Rev Up Virginia and other advocates for testimony and technical support. "My membership in the Rev Up coalition would be a stronger asset to assisting DAC... providing testimony," Laura said.
Commissioners moved and seconded the recommendation and approved it to submit to county legislative staff for inclusion in the County’s priorities.
