City staff told the council that the "FY 2024-2025 Final Budget was adopted on August 27, 2024" and that additional items during the fiscal year require amendments. The amendment recognized higher impact fee actuals, formalized Fire Mental Health Grant revenues, and covered unanticipated Fire Department expenses (Zoll monitor and garage door repairs) using ambulance service revenues.
Councilman Wayne Winsor moved to approve Resolution 25-20 adopting Budget Amendment #3; Councilman Jeremy Davis seconded the motion. By roll-call vote Council Members Davis, Dills, Petty and Winsor voted aye and the resolution carried.
