Town manager reports AED training, tax lien notices and guardrail RFP; board moves to discuss a legal matter in executive session

He said the town will issue an RFP for a steel guardrail system to replace wire fencing on Fenderson Hill and reminded the board that the Blueberry Festival is that weekend. Later in the meeting a motion was made and seconded to enter executive session for a legal matter; MRSA 4056(e) was cited as the statutory basis in the discussion recorded in the transcript.
