After closed session, Percival council rejects T‑Mobile lease amendment and authorizes notice to apartment complex

Town Attorney Robert Spruill had earlier advised the council that the tower lease amendment is before the public for comment but that councilors could take action after closed session when counsel could advise on legal ramifications. The motions to reject the proposed amendment and to authorize code enforcement actions passed on voice votes when the council returned to open session.
