New commissioner Dan Sundberg introduced at Fargo Planning Commission meeting

Commissioners welcomed Sundberg and thanked him for his service. Sundberg's acceptance and brief remarks were recorded during the meeting's opening agenda and he participated in subsequent votes during the session.
