Staff: next LDC review draft to post Aug. 14; consultant outreach planned later in August

Planning Department staff told commissioners the next review draft of the Land Development Code (LDC) is expected to be posted on Aug. 14 at the project website fargolvc.org. Staff said the posting will include a recorded overview of key changes and that the consultant team will visit the city the week of Aug. 24 for in-person outreach.
Staff also said a brown-bag meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 25 and that additional workshops and focus groups will be scheduled once outreach dates are finalized. "We anticipate unveiling the next review draft, August 14," the staff member said. Commissioners asked whether the August 14 posting would be online and staff confirmed the April draft remains available on the project site for reference.
