During routine business the City Council voted to suspend its meeting to convene the South Weber Community Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and the Local Building Authority (LBA). The council suspended the meeting at 6:10 p.m.; the RDA approved its May 13, 2025 minutes and adjourned. The LBA then convened and approved the June 10, 2025 minutes.
The meeting record shows roll-call approval for both boards. For the RDA, Board Members Davis, Halverson, Petty, Westbroek and Winsor voted aye. For the LBA, President Westbroek and Board Members Davis, Halverson, Petty, and Winsor voted aye. The City Council reconvened at 6:13 p.m.
