Signal-box art rollout set to begin next week; one box delayed for replacement

Staff said the commission's year-end objective of 40 wrapped boxes will likely be delayed and that the program will reach 39 wrapped boxes this year instead of 40 because one site was moved and another will be replaced. Commissioners discussed how to present those metrics to council and asked Earl to prepare a status report on remaining boxes so council can consider funding priorities if another round is needed.
