The Planning Commission reviewed an updated Article 3 table April 16 that maps permitted uses across zoning districts and identified gaps in definitions for EV charging stations and shooting ranges. Zoning Administrator Dennis Marquise confirmed subdivisions remain permitted in all districts and the Board agreed to merge the table into the draft regulations for additional testing.
Commissioners decided each member should bring to the next meeting a top-five list of uses they consider should be prohibited. The table may also be used to flag undesirable uses for particular zones instead of relying solely on narrative text, a procedural change the board asked staff to pursue.
