Tucker Management Committee approves town forest ordinances, bans target shooting

Kathy Damon, secretary-treasurer, moved to accept the ordinances and Dan Berna seconded; the motion was approved unanimously. Committee member Kirk Morrison asked that Tom Kidder confirm with the committee's lawyer that written authorization requirements in the trails ordinance are satisfied by the management committee's designation under the Select Board; Tom agreed to follow up.
