The committee adjourned without taking formal votes because it did not have quorum, leaving a decision on an economic impact study and other possible actions for a future meeting.
"We don't have quorum, so we can't vote on an economic impact study or the meeting format or schedule additional meetings beyond November," the Councilman said. Members asked staff to prepare a draft resolution and to circulate materials offline so that, once quorum is present, the committee can proceed with appropriation requests or other actions.
The chair adjourned the meeting at 05:58 PM; members said they would coordinate offline and solicit cost estimates and other details ahead of the next scheduled meeting.
