Hallmark announced the Place 1 order as Gerald W. Reynolds first, Sarash Jaffrey second, Brandy McCool third and Louise Dunham fourth. "Candidates will draw in the order in which they have filed," she said, and noted two candidates were not present and had asked her to draw for them.
For Place 4, Hallmark announced Brandon De Leon will appear first and Corinna I. Cepeda second. She closed by directing residents to the city website for further election information and updates.
