Auditor presents annual review as board hears fund balances totaling millions

Trustees then approved the consent agenda, which included General Fund bills of $1,520,785.26 for Oct. 20–Nov. 7, 2025, October payrolls totaling $1,319,075.40 and total disbursements of $2,839,860.66. The Treasurer's report showed total receipts of $2,698,033.12 and total disbursements of $4,110,644.85; reported fund balances included a Sinking Fund of $283,584.78 and a 2025 Capital Projects Fund balance of $1,745,672.01 as of Oct. 31, 2025.
Board action on the financial items was recorded as motions that carried. The Finance and Operations committee noted the audit presentation on the agenda; no further formal fiscal actions or bond measures were introduced at the meeting.
