During the April 24 special meeting, Selectboard members agreed on specific follow-up actions to advance replacement plans for the salt shed and highway garage. Shauna Prime offered to share VTrans-approved salt shed plans and sample town garage plans; Andrew Lee volunteered to contact surveyors to determine whether a survey of the town-owned parcel exists or to solicit bids for survey work.
Selectboard Chair Susan Culp said the Town should consider issuing an RFP for survey and/or site design to ensure building placement complies with the town's purchasing policy. Those steps were recorded when the board reconvened in the garage office at 1:25 p.m.
